Family:  Married for 24 years to Christine.  We have 3 children:  Kellye who is a junior at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, James who is a freshman at Cal Poly San Luis, and Marisa who is a sophmore at Immanuel High school.

Passions: The Bible, Tennis ( I coach the girls tennis team at Immanuel High School), Yard Work (I enjoy it), Exercise (I lost 20 pounds in the past  9 months) and Family

Books:  I am currently on a early American trend:  American Gospel by John Mechham,  Founding Faith, John Adams, plus Into the Wild

Movies:  I really enjoyed Slumdog Millionaire, and the HBO series on John Adams.  I also like Gran Torino with Clint Eastwood.  I like adventure movies and this time of year (spring), I usually watch Hoosiers in preparation for the NCAA Tournament

Music:  I'm pretty eclectic, but more interested in music of the 70's and 80's

Family: Married for 32 years to my wife, Sherrill. We have two sons, Lee, who is 30, and Joel, 26. Lee is a paramedic and is currently planning on retraining in the medical field due to injury. Joel is an IT computer tech who owns his own company called Lenity Technology. Lee lives in Fresno and Joel in Rancho Cucamonga . Our three cats, Truffel, Buzz and Peaches, currently live at home.

Passions: Serving God, teaching music, golf, bowling with Brinda, sound stuff, automobiles

Passions: I love to read, play frisbee, talk with my wife, and rough house with my dog. I am always up for a good cup of coffee....

Family: Matt and I have been married for 10 years!  I love my Irishman that I met at Sugar Pine Christian Camps.  Matt and I are incredibly blessed with three children: Emma, Kyle and David.

Passions: My family and friends. I love baking and being crafty.  I tend to be a homebody but really love the outdoors.

Books: The Shack by William Young, Karen Kingsbury books and silly detective stories. I tend to devour books in one weekend.

Movies: When Harry Met Sally, Kung Fu Panda

Music: Matt is constantly introducing me to new music. I like all kinds but am currently going through an 80s phase.

Family: I've been married to my husband Mark for almost 19 years. We have two children, Wyatt, 14, and Whitney, 12. Also, two dogs, Chester and Zippo; and 4 cats, Ruprecht, Molly, Duchess, and Skitty.

Passions: Reading! Also, I love to work in the yard, drink coffee, and eat ice cream (World Class Chocolate).

Books: Nerd Alert!! I admit that I love anything by J.R.R. Tolkien (that's the hobbit thing for all you non-Tolkien people out there). I also enjoy mysteries and Jane Austen - all of them.

Movies: Best Comedy of All Time - It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. I also absolutely love Waking Ned Devine.  It has become one of my all time favorites.  Yes, I'm still a Lord of the Rings/Star Wars/Star Trek nerd.  That's not going to change, so get over it.

Music: I just got an Ipod so I've downloaded a lot of new songs that I haven't thought about in a while.  Remember Talking Heads?  10,000 Maniacs? Also, I love Enya, Sarah Brightman, Tom Petty, Avalon, Supertramp, Amy Grant, Mercy Me, Abba (yes, Abba), Eurythmics (as you can see, I'm all over the board).

Family: I got married in 1980 to my high school heart-throb Lee Peterson. Our life has been full and rewarding. We have two daughters, Erika who was born in 1982 and is married to Jeremy Mcneal; and Leslie who was born the following year in 1983. In October of 2007, our first grandchild, Connor James, was born. Our family is completed by one cat named Gracie and Riley our spoiled pomeranian.

Passions: The Lord, family, my dog Riley, working with the older population, houseboating, playing games, sitting on the beach soaking in the sun, cruises and all-inclusive resorts.

Books: You mean people actually read for fun? Tongue out I do not read for leisure. I will read for study.

Movies: I love old movies... I also like "chick flicks," musicals, and some action type movies. I will pass on any and all types of horror movies. 

Music: "Fishing in the Dark", "Are You Ready?", "I can only Imagine" and "Power in the Blood" just to name a few.

Favorite Scripture: John 1:1-4; 14 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men... The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."

Family: Married many years ago (seems like a short 54) to my wife Sally.  In the corresponding years have gathered three children: Ken (Ione, Ca.),  Stan (Livermore,Ca) and daugther Leslie Mynderup (Reedley, Ca); eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three cats and several goldfish. They are all flourishing.

Passions: Serving the Lord, Gardening, Fishing

Books to Read: Bible, Bible commentaries, Guilt to Glory (Stedman), The Finest Hour (Churchill)

Movies:  Singing in the Rain, Sahara, Goodbye Mr. Chips - and other current hits

Music: Big Bands (Dorsey, Goodman, Miller, etc.) and some other great sounds not associated with "American Idol".

Favorite Scripture:  John 20:30-31 - "And truly Jesus did many other things in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name".

Family: My wife, Nancy, and two sons: Kevin, 51, married to Judi. They have three sons, Colin, 23, Connor, 19, and Curran, 15. My second son is Chris, 48, who lives with us in Selma.

Passions: My faith and my family.
